1. Easy to use, with excellent extrudability between 4°C and 40°C—simply apply directly by squeezing out of the glue gun for convenient construction.
2. Ketoxime-free neutral product, solvent-free, non-toxic after curing, odorless, tasteless, and does not discolor. It is non-irritating and harmless to skin, and exhibits no corrosive effects on metals, coated glass, or most building materials.
3. Excellent thixotropic properties, non-stringy, and low in organic volatile content;
4. Excellent bonding performance, exhibiting superior adhesion to most construction materials;
5. High strength, high elongation, and moderate modulus—ideal for high-rise and ultra-high-rise curtain walls, large-format glass幕墙, complex-structure glass幕墙, aluminum panel curtain walls, and other highly secure structural bonding and sealing applications in steel-structure main curtain walls.
6. Excellent resistance to weathering, including aging, UV exposure, ozone, and water; after undergoing artificial accelerated weathering tests, the sealant showed no significant changes in its physical and chemical properties.
7. Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures—after curing, it remains non-brittle, non-hardened, and free from cracking at -50°C, while maintaining its integrity and elasticity without softening or degrading at 150°C.
8. Exhibits excellent compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
