Product Features
1. A neutral product, free of solvents, that remains non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and colorless after curing. It is non-irritating and harmless to skin, and it exhibits no corrosive effects on metals, coated glass, or other construction materials.
2. Excellent adhesion performance, exhibiting superior bonding strength to most construction materials;
3. Excellent rapid curing performance, which can significantly reduce the adverse effects of harsh weather conditions on the surface of sealants during the curing process (e.g., surface blistering and deformation).
4. Excellent displacement performance, Level 35. This product maintains consistent performance even under the normal expansion, contraction, and shear deformation experienced by curtain walls.
5. Excellent resistance to weather aging: After undergoing artificial accelerated weathering tests, the sealant showed no significant changes in its physicochemical properties, demonstrating outstanding performance in heat aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and water resistance.
6. Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures—after curing, it remains non-brittle, non-hardened, and free from cracking at -50°C, while maintaining its integrity without softening or degrading at 150°C; it retains excellent strength and elasticity.
7. Exhibits excellent compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Usage
1. High-rise curtain wall weather-resistant sealant;
2. Large-size metal (aluminum panels) with weather-resistant sealant for glass curtain walls;
3. Caulking and sealing the exterior wall insulation boards;
