In December 2021, the company launched an energy-saving technology upgrade project for its calcium hydroxide production line, which was completed in June 2022 and has now officially begun full-scale production.
Raw material conveyor belts are equipped with strong magnets to attract ferrous components that may be present during the production process, thereby protecting the crusher and extending the equipment's service life.
Ore and lump calcium oxide are transported via conveyor belt into a hammer crusher, where they are processed into granular raw materials, effectively serving as a substitute for grinding.
After being crushed, the raw materials are transported to the material preparation and dust removal equipment, which effectively controls the dust generated during operation.
A 300-ton raw material storage facility ensures sufficient supply and uninterrupted production.
A 2.2m × 7.5m ball mill delivers superior crushing and grinding performance, achieving an hourly capacity of approximately 20 tons.
The S4-5 dust removal equipment handles dust generated during the ball mill production process, effectively enhancing internal ventilation within the mill and ensuring smoother material discharge.
The Ts-cx-4 classifier separates, disperses, and classifies materials by airflow, ensuring that only products meeting the required fineness standards are selected.
A 1,200-ton finished-product warehouse, operating with the SZD-150 bulk handling equipment, effectively addresses dust issues during the bulk-loading process while also boosting shipping efficiency.
