Hangzhou Zhenghe Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013 and is located in the Industrial Park of Datong Town, Jiande City, occupying a production area of 108 mu. The company is a modern, high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales of nano calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide products. Its main product lines include nano calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, active calcium, heavy calcium, calcium carbonate, and a range of calcium hydroxide-based series products, as well as calcium carbonate granulation, plastic pellets, plastic additives, and injection-molded products. These products are widely used in industries such as rubber, plastics, ink, coatings, silicone sealants, and adhesives.
We leverage the rotary kiln automatic control system, the intelligent production process control system, and the digestion & aging automatic control system to achieve seamless integration among these systems and enable data interoperability. This allows us to implement intelligent, end-to-end control—from raw materials all the way to finished products—and establish an integrated production management model that fully integrates all business processes across the enterprise. We have achieved smart, innovative, green, and sustainable development, playing a positive role in building a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly society. In line with the latest environmental protection policies, we have also connected the emission data from our kiln gas (carbonization) system to an integrated network, linking it directly to the environmental monitoring platform for real-time tracking and surveillance.
