Hangzhou Zhenghe Nanotechnology Co., Ltd.'s activated calcium production line has been completed and officially put into operation. Construction of the line began on June 5, 2023, with formal trial production starting on June 26. The monthly production capacity reaches 2,000 tons. Equipped with advanced automated modification technology, the production line enhances product activation levels and significantly improves performance, offering customers a wider range of application possibilities.
Active calcium boasts narrow particle size distribution, low oil absorption, and excellent compatibility with resins, which helps enhance the tensile, compressive, and abrasion-resistant properties of finished products. Additionally, after blending, it reduces melting time, ensures high dispersion, facilitates easy coloring, and boosts the surface gloss of the final products. As a result, it is widely used in industries such as rubber, plastics, wire and cable, profiles, and pipe fittings.
